Jennifer Henderson Obituary, Death – The passing of Jennifer Henderson, an amazing former houseparent who had been caring for our children, has left us with a heavy heart. We are sorry to notify you of this news. The news of her passing has left all of us in a state of disbelief. As a result of hearing about her passing, we are in a state of full disbelief and anguish at the moment. Jennifer was a member of the SotoTennis Academy community that was held in very high esteem by all.
Both the kids and the coaches at the academy will think kindly of her in the future. Her legacy will live on. During the nearly three years that she worked for our organization, she and her husband David were in charge of providing medical attention to our residents. During that time, she was a member of our staff. As the ‘Mum’ of Academy House, she was always ready with a warm word or a hug, and she showed our athletes and staff a great deal of love and support. She was known as “Mum.” She was commonly referred to as “Mum.” Her doting offspring affectionately referred to her as “Mum.”
The well-deserved reputation that Jennifer has gained is due in no small part to the culinary prowess and comedic timing that she possesses. Both of these qualities have contributed in their own unique way. It was physically hard to take oneself away from the boarding home without first sharing a cup of tea and a hearty laugh with the other persons who were staying there. This was due to the fact that everybody had struck up quick friendships with each other.
While David and the rest of Jennifer’s family, as well as David’s own mother and father, are going through this extremely difficult time alongside Jennifer, we are keeping David and the rest of Jennifer’s family, as well as David’s own mother and father, in our thoughts and prayers. Jennifer, I would like to take advantage of this opportunity to express my thanks for the thoughtfulness and generosity that you have given to a significant number of us over the course of this past year. Specifically, I would like to thank you for the thoughtfulness and generosity that you have given over the course of this past year.
