A memorial ceremony honoring Frank’s life will take place in the Blackhall Methodist Chapel on Tuesday, September 26 at 11:00 AM. The service will be held on Frank’s birthday, September 26. The burial of Frank will take place in the Blackhall Cemetery immediately following the service. We would be honored if Frank’s family and friends could join us in paying respect to his life.
