The announcement was made a day after the incident was reported by the New Orleans Police Department. Breaux’s lifeless body was discovered in the 2600 block of Charbonnet Street during the early afternoon hours of a Friday. The discovery took place approximately twelve minutes and forty-five seconds before one o’clock in the afternoon.
It strongly suggests that Breaux met a tragic end right at the location where his lifeless body was found. The area where Breaux’s body was discovered was described as secluded, littered with debris, and surrounded by dense foliage. It was a location with these distinct characteristics that served as the final resting place of Breaux.
His body had been missing for some time before it was found in this remote area. Unfortunately, Breaux’s death adds to the grim statistics of homicides in New Orleans this year.
