Lori Carndall Moss was born to the late David Bruce Crandall and Sharon Louise Mott Crandall. Lori was a devoted nurse and housewife who prioritized her family’s health at all times. She was a devout Baptist who lived by her faith and it played a big part in her life. With courage and resiliency, Lori overcame the difficulties in her life. She was predeceased by her brother Michael Roni Crandall in addition to her father.
Her devoted mother Sharon Crandall of Paxton, Illinois, and her sons Brian David Crandall of Germantown Hills, Illinois, Joshua Ray Moss of Loda, Illinois, and Harley Dean Hoover of Hopkinsville, Kentucky, are among those still living. In addition, Lori is survived by her sister, Linda Jane Kurtz of Rantoul, Illinois, with whom she had a close relationship. Rayne Maxine Moss, Savannah Lynn Moss, and Gabriel Jay Buckingham, Lori’s grandchildren, continue to carry on her legacy and her energy.
Mike Hoover of Hopkinsville, Kentucky, who was Lori’s significant other, brought her companionship and happiness in her later years. She found solace in their mutual affection and support during her journey. For her unflinching devotion to her family, her commitment to her career as a nurse, and her steadfast faith, Lori Carndall Moss will be remembered. All those who had the honor of knowing her will feel her absence keenly. They will find comfort in the love and memories she left behind as her family and friends gather to commemorate her life in the future.
