Cole Cercy Obituary, Death – According to the Natrona County Detention Center, Tony Cercy, a prominent businessman and philanthropist in the Casper area, was taken into custody on Friday afternoon and charged with three charges of sexual assault. According to the laws of the state, he faces a possible prison sentence ranging from four to fifty-five years if he is found guilty of all charges.
An eyewitness stated that Tony Scott Cercy, 55 years old, was taken into custody at a business located in the Old Yellowstone District.According to the automated voice mail system at the jail, he does not yet have a date for his release that has been arranged. Cercy has been charged with three charges of sexual assault in the second degree, one crime of sexual assault in the third degree, and one count of sexual assault in the fourth degree.
The crime of sexual assault in the second degree is considered a felony and carries a possible sentence of imprisonment ranging from two years up to twenty years. The crime of sexual assault in the third degree is considered a felony and can result in a jail sentence of up to 15 years’ duration. The voice mail system was unable to provide any additional information regarding the probe.
Cercy was the leader of Power Service until she decided to sell the company a year ago for a significant profit. He has acquired a number of enterprises in the Casper area, one of which is a booze store. He is now renovating the spaces that formerly housed Boticelli’s and Poor Boy’s Steakhouse. In December of the previous year, Cercy made the announcement that he would be donating one million dollars to the downtown plaza that is known as the David Street Station.
