Stephen Stocks Obituary, Death – With heavy hearts, we come together to remember and honor the life of a motorcycle enthusiast who tragically lost his life in a devastating accident on Sunday evening in Fairfield Township. The 42-year-old rider, whose name we hold dear in our hearts, met with a fatal accident at the intersection of State Route 4 (Hamilton-Middletown Road) and Millikin Road.
The collision unfolded around 9:25 p.m. as the motorcycle rider was heading northbound on SR 4, nearing the intersection. Tragically, a 2005 Toyota Solara struck the motorcycle from behind, causing the rider to be ejected and land on the roadway. A second car, also traveling northbound, struck the rider while he was on the roadway, resulting in fatal injuries.
The Fairfield Township police and first responders arrived at the scene promptly, but despite their best efforts, the rider was pronounced dead at the scene. The loss of this vibrant soul has left our community in deep sorrow and mourning.
