Star Mcbee Obituary, Death – The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency (ALEA) is currently conducting an investigation into a tragic collision that resulted in the loss of two individuals early on a Saturday morning in Cullman County. The incident occurred at approximately 5:30 a.m. on Alabama Route 91, situated roughly eight miles to the south of Hanceville.
According to reports from troopers on the scene, a fatal head-on collision transpired between a 2014 Jeep Wrangler, driven by Sydni M. Helms, a 22-year-old resident of Jasper, and a 2017 Chrysler 300. Tragically, both vehicles erupted in flames in the aftermath of the collision. Regrettably, Sydni M. Helms lost her life in the accident, and she was pronounced deceased at the crash site.
The identity of the Chrysler’s driver, who also succumbed to the collision’s impact, remains undisclosed at this point. The Alabama Department of Forensic Sciences will be responsible for ascertaining and confirming the individual’s name in due course. The investigation into this devastating incident falls under the purview of ALEA’s Highway Patrol Division.
