Dolores Bailey Obituary, Death – Dolores Eileen Bailey, a beloved resident of Glasgow, KY, peacefully departed this world on September 17th, 2023, at the age of 82. Born on May 7, 1941, she was the cherished daughter of the late Charles and Elda Beightol. Dolores led a fulfilling life, spending her retirement years as a dedicated caregiver, leaving a lasting impact on those she cared for. Her nurturing spirit will be dearly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
Devotion to her faith was a cornerstone of Dolores’s life, as she was a faithful member of the River Lake Church, where she found solace and community in her relationship with the Lord. She is survived by her loving son, Ron Bailey, residing in Australia, and her daughter, Janelle Lapham, and son-in-law, Tom Lapham, both residing in Glasgow. Her grandson, Garrett Lapham, from Tennessee, held a special place in her heart. Dolores also leaves behind two sisters, Martha Kelly (Maurice) and Charlene Beightol, both residing in Tennessee, as well as numerous nieces and nephews who will forever treasure her memory.
Dolores now reunites with her late husband, Rondell L. Bailey, and their twin sons, finding eternal peace together. Following her wishes, there will be no formal funeral services. Instead, those who wish to honor her memory can make a donation to Christian Family Radio at PO Box 539, Bowling Green, KY 42102. Arrangements for her final journey have been entrusted to Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home, where the memory of Dolores Eileen Bailey will continue to shine brightly in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
